SkepticFlow is the controller for public-site analytics, contact forms, lead qualification, and direct business communication unless a signed agreement says otherwise.

Contact forms may collect name, email, phone, company, project type, budget, timeline, message, and technical metadata needed for delivery and abuse prevention.

Demo and chat surfaces may collect messages, qualification answers, timestamps, session identifiers, and routing metadata.

We process data to respond to requests, prepare proposals, operate demos, protect the service, keep audit records, and improve public-site content.

Legal bases may include consent, legitimate interest, contract preparation, contract performance, and legal obligations depending on context.

We use listed sub-processors for hosting, email, payments, analytics, error monitoring, AI model access, and database services.

Where data leaves the EEA, we rely on the vendor transfer mechanism stated by the relevant sub-processor or the applicable contract.

Lead and project records are retained only as long as needed for business follow-up, legal obligations, security, and dispute handling.
